Crash Backs Up Traffic on Burlington-Bristol Bridge

A vehicle accident on the Bristol Township side of Burlington-Bristol Bridge tied up traffic Tuesday afternoon.

The accident caused delays on both lanes of travel on the bridge, according LevittownNow.com reader Jonathan Lambeck, who was fishing nearby when the crash happened after 4:30 p.m.

“Only took and hour & a half! Burlington Bristol bridge. Worst place for someone to get in an accident! The traffic was insane!” Twitter user @LuvPugs525 posted.

By 5 p.m., emergency crews had cleared the accident and traffic began to move again.
