A 25-year-old Fairless Hills man has died from injuries sustained during a Saturday morning wreck on West Trenton Avenue in the Morrisville section of Falls Township.
Alan Whitman was riding his 2012 Harley Davidson when he was struck in front of the Morrisville Post Office by a 2011 Toyota making a turn into the post office parking lot just before 9 a.m., Lt. Todd Pletnick said.

The driver of the Toyota, a Lower Makefield resident, let a mail truck turn out of the post office and went to turn in, striking the motorcycle and throwing Witman from the bike, Pletnick said. The driver told police at the scene he did not see the motorcycle, which struck the right front on the Toyota, the lieutenant added.
Whitman was rushed to St. Mary Medical Center in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries Sunday morning, police said.
Pletnick said traffic charges are pending against the driver who struck Whitman.
