According to police, the “large sinkhole” opened up at Wells and West Marshal avenues.
The Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority was called to the scene following the discovery of the sinkhole.
Police advised locals to use caution in the area.

By early Wednesday morning, the sinkhole had been temporarily covered and the section of Wells Avenue at West Marshal Avenue was closed.
