The judge handed down a sentence of 88 days to 23 months in the Bucks County Correctional Facility, but Reeves was given credit for the 88 days he spent undergoing in-patient treatment.

Reeves will be on parole and then have two years of probation.

In summer 2019, a Bucks County Detectives investigation led to Reeves being charged. Detectives uncovered alleged images of minors “engaged in sexually provocative positions.” The probe included investigators executing a search warrant on Reeves’ home, vehicle, and electronic devices.

Reeves, a veteran patrolman and K-9 officer, was put on suspension from the police department without pay following his arrest. Reeves stepped down from the police department following his arrest.

Bill Goldman, the attorney representing Reeves, told LevittownNow.com his client was not determined to be a sexually violent predator by a State Sexual Offenders Assessment.

The attorney said Reeves did not share the images of child porn or create any.

A confidential report examining Reeves was submitted to the court.

Goldman said his client’s history as a police officer, military veteran, and lack of past criminal record was presented to the judge.
