The driver who called police reported that she was driving northbound on Route 1 when a white Lincoln SUV began tailgating her and flashing its high beams. The male driver then cut in front of her vehicle and hit the brakes, causing her to slam on her brakes, according to authorities.
The Lincoln SUV ended up in a neighboring lane and stuck behind another vehicle shortly after. When the woman who called police looked over, the driver of the Lincoln SUV displayed a handgun and pointed it directly at her, authorities said.
Investigators obtained information on the owner of the Lincoln SUV and visited his Falls Township home. The man matched the description of the suspect relayed by the woman, police said.

The man – identified as Frank Martino, 53 – told an officer he was on Route 1, flashed his high beams at another driver, and removed his gun from its holster and placed it in the center console, police said.
A silver Taurus handgun was located in the Lincoln SUV, police said.
