A New Jersey man has been accused of stealing pallets of appliances from a Bristol Township business.
According to court papers, Bristol Township police began investigating a reported theft from a delivery business on Runway Road last November.

A loss prevention officer explained to police that Willie Floyd Marshall III, 27, of Salem, New Jersey, loaded 20 pallets of appliances onto his delivery truck. He was only assigned to deliver 15 pallets, police said.
Marshall’s delivery truck allegedly never returned with the five extra pallets.
Police said surveillance video shows Marshall loading 20 pallets instead of the 15 he was assigned to deliver.

The loss to the delivery company was estimated at $2,500.
Charges of theft and receiving stolen property were filed against Marshall late last year, but he was not taken into custody until last month. He was arraigned and released after his bail was lowered from 10 percent of $50,000 bail to non-monetary.
