Ceaser, according to Bristol Township police, was last seen on June 1 in the area of the Croydon 7-Eleven on Route 13 near the Neshaminy Creek. The 22 year old was wearing a plain black hooded sweatshirt with a white hooded sweatshirt underneath with different specks of colors on the hood when he left his mother’s car. In addition, he also had on an olive color t-shirt, dark blue jeans and tan and black Nike sneakers. He may have also had a  black toiletry bag, black jeff cap and tan slippers with him.

Ceaser’s mother told Philly.com that she appeared to witness her son, who had various medical issues, get into a car at the store before he disappeared.

On Sunday morning, Know It All Intelligence Group worked with Michael Mallon, a commercial drone pilot and owner of Oldskillz Aerial Photography and Graphics, to use a drone to survey the area along the Neshaminy Creek. A team of investigators from Know It All Intelligence Group also searched the area near where Ceaser was last seen and canvassed for witnesses.

“Today, we were looking for anything that may have belonged to Tim, such as clothing, etc, as well as dense brush areas that may have appeared to be disturbed by foot traffic,” said Marc Bourne, a licensed investigator and co-founder of Know It All Intelligence Group.

Mallon’s drone brought a new investigative tool to the missing persons search and has been used in previous cases.

“Drones are just starting to be utilized for missing persons searches, given the area that Tim Ceasar went missing and the amount of waterways that are nearby. I figured that a drone would be a great asset to our search,” Bourne said. “Drones can cover much more area quicker than a ground search can do and can get to areas that a foot search cannot.”

Bourne said his firm will be updating the case on a dedicated webpage.
