• How did you get started in the business? “Attended a technical school for building trades then owned a construction company for 27 years. 12 years ago my company was a subcontractor for Paul Davis. We formed a great relationship and decided to merge companies and employees with Paul Davis Restoration.”
• What do you like about the job? “The great staff and the network of people we work with. Helping people to rebuild or to accomplish customers visions and dreams. Even after 40 years in the business, you are constantly learning new products and techniques.”
• How have you worked to overcome challenges and make customers happy? “I believe I have been in the industry long enough to foresee most challenges, have the knowledge to prepare for them, and the patience to work through any challenges. I have also built relationships with many quality tradesman and subcontractors to overcome any challenge resulting in happy customers.”
• What is one big challenge you’ve faced in your job? “Years ago one of our customers had a home with floor joists destroyed by fire in the basement. We were able to salvage the house by lifting the entire house while we replaced the floor system, then placed the house back down on the new floor system.”
• What is it like working in the community where you live? “It is a pleasure to help and serve people in my community.”
• Favorite or most motivating quote? “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”
