Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, American Family Care Urgent Care Levittown (AFC Urgent Care) remains open and is offering Telemedicine service to best serve patients.
The urgent care that serves Levittown, Bristol, Fairless Hills, Yardley, Morrisville, Croydon and other surrounding areas is now able to provide the patients with the opportunity to hold a phone or video visit with one of their doctors.
Patients can easily and conveniently set up a Telemedicine session on their website or by calling 215-648-9000 and one of the clinic’s staff can set up the video call with a doctors.
Patients are able to use their regular insurance for Telemedicine sessions. For those without insurance, there is a low-fee for Telemedicine. If needed, prescriptions can sent to a patient’s local pharmacy.
AFC Urgent Care Levittown is staffed with board-certified physicians and licensed medical professionals at all times. Many of them are local residents, including nurses, assistants, and x-ray technicians.
Although AFC Urgent Care in encouraging Telemedicine service, they offer walk-in service every day. Services offered include x-rays, EKGs, physical exams (school, sports, employment, DOT etc.), vaccines, routine checkups and many more, such as occupational medicine, workers compensation, and drug testing. AFC Urgent Care Levittown is staffed with board-certified physicians and licensed medical professionals at all times.
AFC Urgent Care offers walk-in service at their location on Levittown Parkway in front of the Tullytown Walmart that is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The facility is practicing social distancing and deep cleaning their office regularly.
