Franchisee Vijay Padodara will hold an 11 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony.
During the event, Padodara will present a $1,000 grant to Morrisville Middle/Senior High School and a $500 grant to the Morrisville Borough Police Department.
The site operates as one of the company’s “Next Gen” designs that has a front-facing bakery case and an eight-beverage tap system for dispensing cold drinks, including iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew, and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew. Hand-crafted espresso orders will be prepared on specialized machines.

According to the company, the restaurant meets DD Green Achievement specifications. The building features sustainable components such as LED lighting, high-efficiency mechanical systems, and low-flow faucets, resulting in an average of 33% greater energy efficiency compared with conventional Dunkin’ locations.
Padodara, who owns and operates Dunkinโ franchises across Pennsylvania and Maryland, said the Falls Township store will employ about six staff members.
The location will be open daily from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
