Plytas has recent convictions for a theft case in Bensalem Township and served time for a 2024 assault conviction in Falls Township. He also had other prior police contacts, according to public records.

After his arrest, marshals transported Plytas to the Upper Southampton Township Police Department for processing.

Court dockets said he was preliminarily arraigned on multiple charges and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail.

During the arrest of Plytas, authorities also arrested 48-year-old Skipper Wiesner of Morrisville. Officials said Wiesner was wanted on multiple failure to appear warrants issued by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.
