Theodore Kelly, 64, of Middletown Township, is charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment after the Friday, June 26, incident on Route 13 in Tullytown Borough.
An off-duty Tullytown Borough police officer, who was stopped at a red light while heading to work, witnessed a crash around 1:30 p.m. in the northbound lanes of Route 13, between the Levittown Train Station and Fallsington Avenue, and radioed dispatchers. He stopped to assist, police said.
According to court papers, the rolling road-rage dispute escalated after the woman sat at a green light for 10 to 15 seconds.
