Bohdan Kozlov, 24, of Levittown, was arrested by Bristol Township police on June 9. He is dealing with multiple charges, including rape, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent, and indecent assault without consent.

Court records indicate Kozlov was freed from local custody shortly after his arrest following him posting 10 percent of a $250,000 bail.

A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) database on Monday shows that in the days after his arrest and him posting bail, federal authorities detained him.

Kozlov, a native of Ukraine, is currently being held at the Moshannon Valley Processing Center in Clearfield County, according to the federal database.

The criminal case against Kozlov remains active in the Pennsylvania court docket system.

The Bristol Township Police Department began its investigation into Kozlov in November 2025 after a teenager reported five separate sexual assaults.

The girl stated the assaults occurred over a 10-month period between September 2023 and July 2024, beginning when she was 16 years old, according to police.

The teenager told investigators that she first met Kozlov in January 2023 after her family opened their home to provide housing for refugees.

According to police, the teenager stated she explicitly refused Kozlov’s advances, but he persisted.

During one of the alleged incidents, the victim recalled telling him, “Please don’t do this to me,” police said.

The girl described the encounters to a detective, noting that the physical contact resulted in bruising and detailing one specific assault as painful.

Police said the teen recalled crying during an alleged rape in July 2024.
