Levittown Man Charged With Raping Teen

A man has been charged after he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage girl whose family was providing housing for refugees.

Bohdan Kozlov, 24, of Levittown, was charged last week with two counts each of rape and sexual assault, alongside four counts each of aggravated indecent assault without consent and indecent assault without consent. He also faces charges of stalking, corruption of a minor, and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion.

In November 2025, a Bristol Township Police Department detective was assigned to interviewed a teenage girl.

According to police, the teenager reported five separate sexual assaults that occurred over a 10-month period between September 2023 and July 2024. They started when she was 16 years old.

The girl told police that she first met Kozlov in January 2023 when her family opened their home to provide housing for refugees.

The teen stated she explicitly refused Kozlov’s advances, but he persisted, police said.

During one of the encounters, she recalled telling him, “Please don’t do this to me.”

The victim described the incidents to the detective, noting that the physical contact resulted in bruising and detailing one assault as painful. She also recalled crying during an alleged rape in July 2024, according to police.

Kozlov was preliminarily arraigned last week by District Judge Terry Hughes. Bail was set at 10 percent of $250,000, which has since been posted.
