It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donna Marie Russo-Mabin, a lifelong resident of the Bristol and Levittown area, on December 9th, 2024 at the age of 52.
Beginning her life on June 13th, 1972, Donna was a bright light and a sweet soul who left this earth too early. Although no longer physically with us, Donna leaves behind precious memories and warm feelings to those she loved, and those who loved her. Donna was a strong-willed woman who faced many challenges in life but she always fought her way through them. Her greatest joys were never material things, they were simple experiences. She found happiness in spending time with family- laughing, watching movies, playing games, and reminiscing with her favorite memories. She shared a love of music with her husband and would often be singing along to her favorite songs in the car and at home. Donna was a selfless person who always sought to make others feel better as she was a helping hand, a listening ear, and a shoulder to cry on. She was the type of person to give what she had to make someone else happy, even when she had nothing. She found comfort in lifting others up, always greeting everyone with a smile, complimenting others and never treating anyone as less than herself. Her kind loving spirit will live on through her family.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and Grandmother, caring daughter, Sister, Niece and Aunt. She is survived by her husband and life partner, Patrick Mabin, her children, Rhianna Mabin (JT), Patricia Mabin, and Ian Mabin, her Grandchildren Grayson Natale, Noah Jopko, Annalyce Jopko, Austin Jopko and Johnathan โJJโ Gabbidon, her parents Daniel Russo Sr. and Millee Scheerer (John), her Sisters Kim Nagle (Mike) and Kelly Ziegler and her twin brother Daniel Russo Jr. She is also survived by aunts, and uncles, and nieces, and nephews, and cousins, and her two sons Evan Farrington and Ryan Farrington, who she found peace with giving the gift of parenthood to her; and two very special people,ย Ed and Tracie, “angels on earth”,ย as she liked to call them.
She was predeceased by her Grandpop Joseph Russo, Grandmom Alfreda Russo, Grandpop Andreas Scheerer, and her โNannyโ Elizabeth Scheerer.
Donna will be greatly missed by all who love her. Her kind heart will live on through those she impacted, and her sweet smile will never be forgotten.
Family and friends will be received at the James O. Bradley Funeral Home, Inc.,ย 260 Bellevue Ave., Penndel, PA 19047ย on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM with a Celebration of Donna’s life at 2:00 PM.
