Fire At Construction Site Deemed Arson

A Wednesday evening fire at a construction site in Bristol Township’s Levittown section has been ruled an arson.

Fire crews were dispatched to the site of the old Abraham Lincoln Elementary School on Plumtree Road at 6:22 p.m.

Firefighters found a fire in a construction office trailer being used by McGrath Homes, which is redeveloping the school site into a 55-plus community, officials said.

The fire was intentionally set inside the construction office trailer, Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito ruled.
