PennDOT has advised that there will be lane closures on I-295 in Middletown Township due to bridge repairs.

The lane closures will start Monday, September 23, and go through Wednesday, September 25, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning on I-295 approaching Route 1.
On Wednesday, September 25, through Friday, September 27, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, a lane closure will take place on the westbound side.
PennDOT said the repairs are dependent on favorable weather.

Due to the lane closures, PennDOT officials are expecting delays and are advising drivers to give extra time.
