Fire Displaces Residents Of Home, Kills Cat

The residents of a mobile home were displaced after a Saturday night fire torn through their residence.

Firefighters were dispatched to Corbin Lane in the A section of Pennwood Crossing around 9:30 p.m. for a reported house fire.

Upon the arrival of firefighters, the Falls Township Fire Marshal’s Office reported that the home was well involved in flames, but all residents had safely evacuated.

The fire resulted in the loss of one of the family’s three cats, while the other two managed to escape.

No injuries were reported.

The Red Cross were called to assist the residents.

The cause of the fire remained under investigation as of Sunday.

The Falls Township, Fairless Hills, Edgely, Levittown No. 1, Levittown No. 2, and Morrisville fire companies responded.
