Just past 10 p.m. on Thursday, November 23, troopers pulled a Nissan Sentra over for speeding, swerving, and failing to stay in the lane along I-295 northbound in Bristol Township, state police said in a statement this week.
Troopers said the driver – a 25-year-old Broomall, Delaware County man – was found to be intoxicated from alcohol and drugs.
The driver was taken into custody for DUI, state police said.

During the traffic stop, troopers discovered indications that there were more issues, and the driver denied a search of the vehicle, state police said.
Troopers obtained a search warrant the next day and executed it at the state police station in Bensalem Township.
