The crash happened around 9:05 p.m. Sunday on I-95 southbound in Bensalem Township.
Pennsylvania State Police said they responded to the scene and determined the crash involved a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe and another vehicle, which did not stop.
The Tahoe was struck by the other vehicle as it was traveling along I-95.

The vehicle that did not stop was found to be following the Tahoe “too closely for conditions,” troopers said.
The Tahoe was struck, lost control, and then overturned, coming to rest on the left shoulder, state police said.
The 28-year-old Bristol man operating the Tahoe sustained a minor leg injury and refused to be taken by ambulance to a local hospital, state police said.

If the striking vehicle is located, troopers said they will cite them with following too closely.
