Scheduled work hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday and will impact several roads. The project began on Monday.
Due to the work, lane closures are scheduled on Heacock Road, Oxford Valley Road, Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, Bath Road, Bath Street in Lower Makefield, Falls, Middletown, and Bristol townships and Bristol Borough.
“All scheduled activities are dependent on weather conditions,” PennDOT said in a statement.

“Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur,” the statement added.
PennDOT said the agency’s initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to enhance safety and maintain the overall condition of the state’s roads.
