Four-Story Self-Storage Facility Approved Along Route 13

A large, new self-storage facility received approval and is expected to be constructed along Route 13 in Bristol Township.

Last month, Bristol Township Council approved Bristol Pike Storage LLC’s plan to construct a 121,392-square-foot, four-story self-storage facility that could have as many as 900 units along Route 13 near the Pennsylvania Turnpike/I-95 in Bristol Township near Green Lane. The location borders the terminus of Pacific Avenue, a residential street.

The 3.57-acre site is mostly wooded at the moment.

An official from Bristol Pike Storage told council the use fits the site.

The approved plans for Bristol Pike Storage would have a right-in and right-out driveway along Route 13.

Additionally, a gated emergency-access driveway would connect to Pacific Avenue. The driveway can only be used in emergency situations.

Two 1,200-square-foot billboards at the property were approved by Bristol Township Council. The billboards will face the Pennsylvania Turnpike/I-95, according to the plans.
