A Pennsbury School District bus was involved in a crash Thursday morning in Falls Township’s Morrisville section.

The bus carrying 32 students was struck by another vehicle around 8:30 a.m. as it was exiting the Wellington Woods Apartments at the intersection of West Trenton Avenue and Sweet Briar Road.
According to district spokesperson Jennifer Neill, the crash led to Falls Township police and medics to the scene. during the morning commute.
At the scene, three students were evaluated for minor injuries, while the rest of the students were transported to Fallsington Elementary School to begin their school day, Neill said.

Pennsbury School District administrators were present at the crash scene to check on the students, according to the district spokesperson.
The school nurse was tasked evaluating each student in accordance with building procedures as an extra precaution, Neill said.

Parents of the students on the bus were notified that the incident occurred.
The cause of the crash was under investigation by Falls Township police.
