DUI
An officer observed a vehicle traveling on Lincoln Highway westbound with an expired Pennsylvania registration. When the officer attempted to stop the vehicle, the vehicle continued on Lincoln Highway to Hulmeville Road and then stopped in the middle of the intersection. As officers made contact with the vehicle, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected. The driver, a 36-year-old man, did state that he had consumed a beer before operating the vehicle. After leaving his vehicle, the odor was still present upon his breath and person. The 36-year-old man was asked to participate in field sobriety testing, which he was unable to complete. The 36-year-old man was arrested for suspicion of DUI. Charges are pending the outcome of blood testing.

DUI
An officer conducting a traffic detail observed a vehicle traveling on Lincoln Highway eastbound with an expired registration. The officer stopped the vehicle and spoke with the driver and sole occupant, a 20-year-old man. While speaking to a 20-year-old man, the officer could detect the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. While speaking with the 20-year-old man, he appeared to be confused and was unable to follow the officer’s directions. The 20-year-old man agreed to field sobriety tests, which he was unable to complete. The 20-year-old man was arrested for suspicion of DUI. Charges are pending the outcome of lab testing.

Arrest
A 27-year-old man turned himself in to the Penndel Borough Police Department on an active warrant. After fingerprinting he was taken to District Judge Dan Baranoski’s court for an arraignment.
