The township has put together a brief 13-question survey that can be completed in less than five minutes.

“The survey polls residents on their communication and social media preferences and is aimed at providing Falls Township news and updates on the platforms that align most closely with community members,” the township said in a press release.

The township, often using public affairs contractor Katalinas Communications, issues press releases on municipal news and updates via Facebook, email alerts, and a bi-annual newsletter.

“The goal in sharing this survey with residents is to bolster our communication efforts around the channels most widely used,” Falls Supervisors Chairman Jeff Dence said. “We want to keep the community in the know about everything happening and upcoming in Falls.”
