Arrests
Officers were dispatched to the Mill Creek Apartments for the report of a theft that was not in progress. During the investigation of the theft, it was discovered two of the people had active warrants for their arrest. A 31-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man were arrested for the outstanding warrants.

Arrest
Officers were contacted by Bucks County Adult Probation and Parole Department officers who stated that they were meeting with a 34-year-old man at around 8:30 a.m. The man was known to have an active warrant from Bristol Township police. After making contact with the man, probation officers contacted Penndel police to make an arrest. After the arrest, he was turned over to officers from Bristol Township.
Arrest
A 56-year-old man turned himself into Penndel Borough Police Department on an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation from August 19 in relation to a theft from a business in Penndel Borough. At that time, the man and another male were seen on security cameras taking wheels from a loading dock area and placing them into the back of a pickup. Officers were able to read the license plate on the back of the pickup from the camera system. That pickup was registered to the man. During interviews with the man, he admitted his part in the theft and provided officers with the identity of the second suspect. Warrants were obtained for both subjects.

A 49-year-old man turned himself into Penndel Borough Police on an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation from August 19 in relation to a theft from a business in Penndel Borough. At that time, two men were seen on security cameras taking wheels from a loading dock area and placing them into the back of a pickup. During interviews with the 49-year-old man, he admitted his part in the theft. Warrants were obtained for both subjects.

DUI
An officer was called to the area of the 200 block of East Lincoln Highway for the report of a one-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers found a vehicle that crashed into a pole. The driver, and sole occupant, a 27-year-old man, was stuck in the vehicle with minor injuries. While speaking with the man inside and upon his exit from the vehicle, officers could detect the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. The man was given the opportunity to participate in field sobriety exercises, which he was unable to complete. The man was arrested for suspected DUI. A summons will be sent to the man to appear in court.
October 5
DUI
An officer observed a vehicle traveling east on Lincoln Highway at a high rate of speed. The officer was able to catch up to the vehicle at the intersection of Bellevue Avenue and Lincoln Highway. At that point, the vehicle made a left turn on to Bellevue Avenue without using a turn signal and proceeded to accelerate to a high speed. The vehicle was stopped in the area of Bellevue and Hulmeville avenues. Officers made contact the driver and sole occupant, a 17-year-old teen boy. While speaking with the boy, officers could detect the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. The boy was asked to participate in field sobriety exercises, which he was unable to complete. The boy was arrested for suspected DUI. Charges are pending the outcome of lab testing.

DUI
While driving on Lincoln Highway in the area of Neshaminy Street, an officer heard the loud sounds of tires screeching. Upon further inspection of the area, the officer found a vehicle driving west on Lincoln Highway with significant damage to the front of the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the driver, a 32-year-old woman. The woman believed she was closer to Route 401 in Chester County and may have hit a pothole which caused a flat tire. While speaking with the woman, the officers could detect the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath and person. The woman was asked to participate in field sobriety exercises, which she was unable to complete. The woman was arrested for suspected DUI.
October 15
DUI
An officer in the area of Bellevue Avenue and Lincoln Highway observed a vehicle driving slowly through the intersection of Bellevue Avenue and Lincoln Highway with tinted windows so dark that the interior of the vehicle was not able to be seen, even while under direct street light illumination. After proceeding through the intersection, the vehicle made a right on to Durham Road and accelerated to a high rate of speed. The officer turned on the overhead lights to stop the vehicle, but the vehicle moved on to the grass and kept going. The vehicle stopped in the area of Durham Road and Monroe Avenue. The driver was a 24-year-old man. While speaking with the man, officers could detect the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. The man was asked to participate in field sobriety exercises, which he was unable to complete. The man was arrested for suspected DUI. Charges are pending the outcome of lab testing.
