UPDATE: 25-Year-Old Motorcyclist Dies In Tuesday Crash

Route 13 was closed for several hours Tuesday after police investigated a serious crash involving an SUV and motorcycle.

The crash happened around 7 p.m. on northbound Route 13 in the area of Elkins Avenue in Bristol Township near Dairy Delight.

A motorcycle and SUV appeared to have collided, with the motorcyclist ending up a few dozen yards from his vehicle.

Police didn’t immediately release more information, but bystanders said it appeared the motorcyclist was badly hurt.

There was no further details on injuries as of 10:30 p.m.

Investigators marked several pieces of debris in the roadway.

The crash would be one of a growing number along Route 13 over the past few years.
