Dear Parents/Guardians,
This letter is to inform you that the Bristol Borough School District will be closed on Wednesday, March 30, for the viewing of State Trooper Martin Mack. The viewing will take place at Wade Funeral Home throughout the day. The Pennsylvania State Police and the Bristol Borough Police Department are anticipating a large contingent of law enforcement officers in the Borough on that day. Therefore, we are anticipating significant traffic delays throughout the Borough.
This will be an asynchronous day, whereby the students are expected to log in to their Google Classrooms to complete all assignments. Attendance will be recorded in each class and determined by completion of assignments. Teachers will be available to support students throughout the day. I hope this early notice gives you an opportunity to plan for child care on Wednesday, March 30th.
Respectfully,
Thomas F. Shaffer, Ed. D.
Acting Superintendent of Schools
