Bristol Police Announce Parking & Road Impacts From Trooper’s Funeral

Bristol Borough police announced parking information related to the services for a fallen Pennsylvania State Police trooper.

A viewing for fallen Trooper Martin F. Mack III, 33, of Bristol Borough, will take place at Wade Funeral Home on Radcliffe Street Wednesday, March 30 and roads will be impacted Thursday, March 31 as the trooper’s remains are moved to St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church on Levittown Parkway in Tullytown Borough for a funeral mass.

The Bristol Borough Police Department is assisting the Pennsylvania State Police in managing the funeral services for Trooper Martin Mack at Wade Funeral Home located at 1002 Radcliffe Street.

The viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, March 30th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The even numbered address side of Radcliffe Street from Walnut Street to Lincoln Avenue will be closed for parking from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. Radcliffe Street will stay open for eastbound traffic only during this time. The odd numbered address side of Jefferson Avenue from Radcliffe Street to Pond Street will be closed for parking from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday. Traffic will stay open traveling north on Jefferson Avenue through to Pond Street. Westbound traffic on Radcliffe Street will be closed at Fillmore Street through to Walnut Street from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday.

On Thursday, March 31, Radcliffe Street will be closed in both directions from Walnut Street through Fillmore Street between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. On both dates and times traffic should avoid the area of Radcliffe Street and utilize Pond Street. Officers will be posted throughout the area to assist with traffic issues that may arise during these times.
