Chaos Anthony Maddocks, age 15, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by loved ones on January 2nd, 2022.
Chaos was born February 18th, 2006 and was a lifelong Levittown resident. He is survived by His non-fur parents Ralph and Goldie Maddocks, non-fur siblings Julianna (Drew), Jordan, Katrina and his bestest fur-friend Diesel and several extended loving family members. Chaos spent 9 years helping patients at Attleboro nursing home before the pandemic halted his tireless work. Chaos could be found in the days since, resting comfortably on his chair, avidly snorting around the floor for treats, eating hose water like a champ, occasionally chasing a balloon or barking at the mailman; who I’m sure will miss him dearly. Chaos never missed a treat or an opportunity to snuggle and his deepest life regret was that he was never able to get (with all due respect) his bitch Phoebe, pregnant.
In lieu of flowers, please feel free to drop a treat off to Diesel; whose heart is empty, but stomach can be filled. If you’ve never had the privilege of meeting Chaos, please take a moment to treat your own fur-baby with a special hug or treat, in Chaos’s honor and please send pics to ChaosFurever@gmail.com. We would like to honor Chaos by randomly selecting one winner no later than Feb 18th (which would have been his 16th birthday) to enjoy a box of Chaos’s favorite toys & treats. Chaos was not just a dog, he was the dog patriarch of our family and his absence has left an unbearable emptiness…So, until we meet again-his paw prints will be etched deeply into our hearts.
