Bristol Township police provided an update on the crash:

On Friday, December 24, 2021, at 12:36 PM, Bristol Township Police responded to the report of traffic
crash in the area of New Falls Road and Indian Creek Entry.
The preliminary investigation shows that a 2003 BMW was traveling east in the eastbound lane of New
Falls Road. A 2015 Nissan Juke was also traveling east in the eastbound on New Falls Road. Roadway
evidence show that the vehicles made contact. After making contact the BMW struck a curb on the
shoulder of the roadway and a telephone pole. The Nissan Juke struck also struck the curb and street
sign.
One individual died at the scene and two others were transported to St. Mary Hospital.

Police were assisted at the scene by the Bristol Township Fire Police, Yardley Makefield Rescue Squad,
Levittown Fire Company #2, William Penn Fire Company and Penndel Rescue Squad.

One person was killed and others were injured following a crash on New Falls Road.
The multi-vehicle crash happened around 12:35 p.m. Friday on New Falls Road in the area of Indian Creek Drive and Quarry Road on the Bristol Township and Middletown Township border.
An official said one person was deceased at the scene and others were reported hurt. At least one other person was rushed to the hospital.

Firefighters and medics aided the injured, according to bystanders.
One vehicle was destroyed, suffering heavy front-end damage and the roof was pushed in.
Vehicle parts were strewn across New Falls Road in the area of the crash.

New Falls Road remained closed in the area of the crash as of 2:15 p.m.
