A homeless man has been charged after he was found to be in a shed after drinking, according to law enforcement.
The 45-year-old man was located last Wednesday around 6 a.m. after a resident living in a Bucks County-owned rental property in the 1100 block of Bath Road at Silver Lake Park in Bristol Township called to report someone was in the shed.

The Bucks County Rangers, who patrol county park property, were dispatched and found the 45-year-old man inside the shed behind the home. He admitted to drinking and was possession of alcohol in a thermos, according to court papers.
The shed door was unlocked and was previously secured with a bolt, rangers said.
The 45-year-old man was charged with criminal trespassing and a summary alcohol-related offense. He was arraigned before District Judge Frank Peranteau Sr. and jailed on 10 percent of $30,000 bail.
