A large transport ship made its way through the area as it prepares to cross the Atlantic Ocean.

The bulk carrier Reliable left the international port in Falls Township midday Friday as it headed to Alexandria, Egypt.

The roughly 600-foot ship was constructed in 2017 and has traveled the globe. The ship is flagged to Liberia.
