Currently, Pennsylvania allows for medical marijuana growing and sales through dispensaries under a highly-regulated system. There is a push in Harrisburg to allow to legalize recreation marijuana.

Several Lower Bucks County towns have ordinances regulating commercial marijuana growing and sales facilities.

Borough solicitor Thomas Walsh said Tullytown has received calls of interest from parties seeking information on what the rules were in the 2-square-mile municipality.

The council directed the solicitor to look into a possible ordinance at their February meeting.
