A Falls Township man was charged last week with firing a gun in an apartment.
Muammer Kiran, 62, was arraigned last week on charges of discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure and reckless endangerment. He was released on 10 percent of $25,000 after a bail reduction, according to court papers.

Officers were called around 11:45 p.m. last Tuesday to the Lakeview Terrace Apartments for the incident.
A resident said Kiran, who she knew, was intoxicated and made threats against himself. He then went into the living room and discharged the revolver, police said.
Officers secured a Smith and Wesson revolver and noted a round was spent. They observed what appeared to be bullet damage in a couch, police said.
