A new townhome development is proposed for Bristol Township’s Croydon section.
Northampton-based Gallagher Realty Group LLC is slated to bring the development before the Bristol Township Zoning Hearing Board at their Monday, March 9 meeting at 7 p.m. at the Bristol Township Municipal Complex on Bath Road.

The developer is looking to construct 34 townhomes two lots – one 2.3 acres and the other 5.8 acres – at the intersection of Magnolia and Woodland avenues. County property records show the lots are largely wooded.
The developer is seeking several variances for the property, which is currently zoned residential.
Residents have already started a petition against the plan. It has just under 30 signatures as of Sunday evening.

The zoners will also consider variances for a new industrial building on Phyllis Drive in Croydon. The plan is proposed by Lower Makefield-based Anthony Phyllis Circle LLC.
