Two New York City-area men were spending Thanksgiving in the Bucks County Correctional Facility after being unable to post 10 percent of $5 million bail.
Francisco Elisaul Morillo, 30, Union City, New Jersey, and Arlington M. Perez-Gonzalez, 37, of The Bronx in New York City, were arraigned early Tuesday morning and booked on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and conspiracy of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.

On Tuesday evening, Bucks County Detectives arrested the two men after they arrived at the Margaritas Mexican Restaurant by the Oxford Valley Mall as part of an arranged deal with a source who was cooperating with law enforcement. The men brought two brick-like objects wrapped in black tape and cellophane, authorities said.
According to court papers, the packages contained an estimated two kilograms of fentanyl with a street value of $660,000.
