A 41-year-old New Jersey man was charged this week with sexually assaulting a girl.
Anthony J. Serale, of Mt Laurel, New Jersey, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault on a person less than 13 years old, corruption of minors, and indent assault on a person less than 16 years old. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $800,000 bail by on-call District Judge Jan Vislosky.

According to an affidavit of probable cause filed this week, a 13-year-old girl reported that she was sexually assaulted by Serale multiple times in spring and summer inside a unit at the Levittown Trace Apartments on Ford Road in Bristol Township.
Earlier this month, a detective spoke with Serale and he admitted to touching the girl on three separate occasions in summer. He said his actions were in response to the girl “coming on to him,” police said.
