Parents in the Pennsbury School District have an expanded option to get updates from the school system.
The school district recently partnered with Remind.com to expand their districtwide messaging system. The expanded system will send alerts from administrators, teachers, and athletic coaches via text message or the Remind.com app on an opt-in basis.

Messages can be sent to groups large and small. District and building-level teams of staff members are putting together subscriber lists.
“Many Pennsbury teachers are already using the Remind app so there are families already acquainted with the system. This districtwide expansion will provide consistency across all schools in the district,” Director of Technology Kevin Dorsey said.
All messages will be archived for transparency and teachers will be able to communicate with students’ families via phone without revealing personal phone numbers, Dorsey added.
