
A Levittown man was charged last Wednesday after police allege a domestic dispute surged out of control.
Jonathan Dayquonn Cloyd, 28, was arrested after officers arrived to the scene of a reported domestic dispute in progress around 8:30 a.m. last Wednesday onย Nestingrock Lane in Falls Township.

It was alleged in court papers that Cloyd armed himself with a pair of scissors and brandished them in a threatening way. By the end of the argument, Cloyd was holding the items near the face of another person.
Throughout the Wednesday morning argument, Cloyd was threatening to “end it,” saying “you will all die,” and “nobody is getting out alive,” according to court papers.
The night before, Cloyd was said to be arguing with the same person in the home and threatened them with a serrated knife, police reported.

The Tuesday evening argument passed but kicked back up Wednesday morning, court papers noted.
Cloyd was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and making terroristic threats and a summary of harassment. He was arraigned and being held on 10 percent of $75,000 bail.
