
A Levittown man was arrested after authorities received word that he was allegedly sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl.
According to Bristol Township police, authorities were first notified of 44-year-old Raul Medina’s alleged wrongdoings on February 22. A forensic interview with the girl happened this week.

During the interview, the girl told investigators information leading them to believe that he did indeed assault the victim.
Medina reportedly assaulted the girl over a two year period, beginning when the girl was 9. The sexual assaults happened when Medina and the victim lived in the same home in the Kenwood section of Tullytown. The victim described the acts in detail, according to police documents filed by Detective Robert Lebo.
Medina was charged with a number of felonies and misdemeanors including a felony of the rape of a child, two felony counts of deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, assault without consent, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with minors. He was also charged with a misdemeanor of indecent assault of a person under 13 years of age.

Medina was arraigned by on-call District Judge John Kelly Thursday evening and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $1 million bail.
