Bristol Borough police said a silver Mercedes Benz AMG that is believed to have struck the bicyclist had a silver front decorative license plate with an Eagle emblem that was left behind at the scene.

A bicyclist was killed by a driver who left the scene Tuesday evening in Bristol Borough.
The male bicyclist was struck in the area of northbound Route 13 and Corson Street around 7:55 p.m.

The bicyclist was fatally injured after being struck and the driver of the silver Mercedes Benz, most likely a sedan, fled the site of the crash, a statement from the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said.
Authorities said the Mercedes must have considerable front-end damage from the impact with the bicyclist.

Police said they are still working to notify the family of the bicyclist.
