An investigation revealed two female students were involved in a fight outside of school over the weekend. The parent of a child involved in the fight was accompanied Monday by two friends in the school and “started roaming the halls looking for the student involved in the fight with her daughter,” police said.
Principal Lyndell Davis wrote to parents that the two other adults who entered the building and did not listen to staff were siblings.
School police and administrators locked down the building while they “corralled the intruders, notified emergency dispatch, and detained the intruders until the [township] police arrived.”

All three subjects who roamed the school were detained and will be charged via summons with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass. The school district plans to punish the students involved.
Police did not release the identities of the three suspects.
