A man avoided life-threatening injuries after he was shot in Bristol Borough Sunday morning.
Police said the incident took place on Buckley Street in the area of Spruce Street around 1:30 a.m. Officers rushed to the scene after calls of a shooting. Once they pulled up, officers did not find a victim and began their investigation.

A short time after the shooting, a 35-year-old Bristol man showed up at Lower Bucks Hospital with a gunshot wound to the left leg. He said he was shot at the intersection of Buckley and Spruce streets, according to police.
The man was treated for his non-life-threatening gunshot wound while police continued to investigate.
Police said the shooting happened after an argument in the area.

Bristol Township police and the Bristol Fire Company assisted borough officers.
