Cops: Man Says ‘God Spirit’ Told Him To Enter Locked Facility At Marina

A man who was wandering around the marina at the Neshaminy State Park in Bristol Township was arrest for trespassing.

Kabibo Foster, whose age and address were not listed on official documents, was wandering around the marina Tuesday when a Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources ranger made contact with him.

Court papers state Foster told the patrol ranger that he was looking for the boat which he slept in the previous night. Foster the found the boat, the “Lounge Lizard,” and identified it as the one he slept on. Although the facility was locked, Foster claimed he received permission from his “God Spirit” to enter the facility and sleep in the boat.

Foster is charged with two felonies of criminal trespassing and a summary criminal mischief charge. His bail was set at 10 percent of $30,000, and he was sent to the county jail.
