Despite the efforts of volunteers and election officials, the Bristol Township polling place 5-1 was a bit hard to find, voters told LevittownNow.com.
If voters didn’t know where to look, they may have passed the hard-to-see polling place. A gaggle of signs out front gave it away but could easily be missed the first few passes.

The polling place moved this year from the former Bucks County Redevelopment Authority building on Green Lane to its new location inside a large warehouse formerly used by busing contractor First Student. The polling place was through an open gate and behind a large electrical substation in the Bristol Commerce Center at 2201 Green Lane.
“We drove by about five times before we finally found it. The signs didn’t help. We should’ve gotten a paper with a map and photo,” said an older voter before zooming off to pick up his grand kids.

The polling place change was reported by media outlets and mailers were sent but some felt the polling place was still difficult to find.
Republican poll volunteer Ron Matlack said he learned from election officials the industrial building was one of the few building that consented to hold election equipment and met the standards required.

“It’s not great, but we have people finding it,” he said before going over to help an elderly woman looking to cast her ballot.
“They should have said it was at the old 3M building,” Democratic poll volunteer Tracey Woodbury said.
Voters said they hope the location is better marked for the next election.
