A Bristol Township man has been charged by police after admitting to sexual acts with a local minor.
Clinton Modeste, 40, of Bristol Township’s Levittown section, was arrested and charged with unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and two counts of indecent assault.

According to a police affidavit, the girl involved in the assaults, who was just 13 at the time of the incidents, disclosed the information to police last week.
The girl noted Modeste had placed his bare hand atop her front stomach area and atop her clothes near her lower body, had swam between her legs while in a swimming pool and told her she looked “sexy” when she was seen in her pajamas, according to court papers.
Modeste admitted to police that he has masturbated in front of the young girl, touched her bottom when she was bent over and had even threatened to touch her inappropriately as punishment, according to court documents.

Modeste was arraigned and sent to jail on 10 percent of $50,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is set for September 14.
