AAMCO has broken ground on a new, larger service center in Bristol Township.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the new AAMCO at 2520-26 Durham Road took place last Friday. Bristol Township Council President Craig Bowen and Rob Rajkowski, chief operating officer of AAMCO, helped husband-and-wife franchise owners Sam and Sherri Underland break ground.

The new facility, expected top open in early 2016, will replace the couple’s current service center at 5300 Bristol-Emilie Road. The new 6,270-square foot building will feature 10 bays for vehicles.

Due to the current location’s large customer base, the Underland’s felt it was time to expand their local AAMCO.

โ€œWeโ€™ve finally found the perfect site for our business and look forward to serving both new and existing customers for years to come,” Sherri Underland said.

Rajkowski called the Underland’s “one of our most progressive franchisees.” He added that he was thrilled to see their hard work pay off.
