A man who said he has “hate” for Bristol Borough Council President Ralph DiGuiseppe is accused of damaging two houses that are under construction.
Gary Werkheiser, 41, is accused of breaking 18 windows between two home homes DiGuiseppe is constructing in the 1200 block of Wood Street.

When an officer arrived, Werkheiser admitted to the vandalism to the homes, police said.
He reportedly told the officer he broke the windows “because I hate Ralph DiGuiseppe.”
“I never heard of this guy in my life,” DiGuiseppe told LevittownNow.com.

Court records show Werkheiser is a Bristol resident,- but they do not state why he had such disdain for DiGuiseppe.
“I had guys out there today to board up the windows,” DiGuiseppe said. “I am supposed to settle in two weeks.”

Werkheiser was arraigned on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
He is set to have his preliminary hearing on September 30.
