โ€œI appreciate the confidence of my colleagues,โ€ Loughery said.

Loughery will continue to chair the commissioners during a year that will see the opening of the 285,000-square-foot Bucks County Justice Center, decreased tax revenues, rising pension contributions, unresolved union contracts and healthcare costs.

During the meeting Loughery, who was elected in 2010, praised commissionersย Martin and Marseglia for their work on the board.
